Sales Funnel and Pipeline

The problem is that poor eyesight, reduced neuroplasticity, poor fine motor control and cultural invisibility/vulnerability experienced by the target senior users causes fear, anxiety and difficulty when utilizing mobile applications. This prevents an entire population of human beings from access to modern day wonders such as music streaming. Additional societal problems include that target senior users also experience reduced autonomy, are at significantly higher risk for depression and social isolation and are constantly taken advantage of in a world that was not built for them. The solution I am providing is autonomy, increased quality of life, joy, reduced stress, respect, cultural visibility, appreciation and an open door of accommodation into the world of music streaming through a simple, large button, large text, user-friendly music streaming app with a highly trained human-only customer service line with remote mobile app take over capabilities always available.  The funnel is

Elevator Pitch

I decided to write down a general elevator pitch: Nice to see you, my name is Anna and I've been working on a new app called Simple Music that aims to increase accessibility to music for seniors. According the US Census Bureau, 21% of the US population will be over the age 65 by 2030; that's nearly a quarter of the total US population. Elderly are vulnerable, too often taken advantage of or forgotten and growing faster than ever; so, it is imperative that our generation focuses on protecting and improving their quality of life. The effects of natural aging include poor eye-site, poor short-term memory, poor motor control and many other barriers to the virtual world. Music apps today are cluttered with tons of extra modern features as well as annoying on-screen ads that are too easy to click by accident. These apps may be easy to navigate for the younger generations, but often leave elderly folks feeling overwhelmed, self-deprecated and frustrated hence excluding an entire popul

My Uncle's Alders

In My Uncle's Alders, the seller makes alder rocking chairs from the notes and property of his passed uncle after his friend's interest in buying his uncle's old rocking chair. The seller sold the chair to his friend at about $500 with a 10% friends and family discount making it $450. Then, upon the friends' cabin neighborhood seeing the seller's friend's new rocking chair, the demand increased and so too did the price to $600. The neighborhood was given a 5% bulk discount for a massive order lowering the price to $570. The seller wasn't sure he wanted to devote all that time and it would take an unreasonably long time to build so much. He responded by hiring 2 part-timers and streamlining the process with an assembly line. He had to give a realistic date for having the bulk order completed which was in a few months. He saw that there was a market and decided to sell at the local furniture store at full price. Once he was selling way more than he could make

Company Name, catch phrase and logo

Brand name: Simple Music Older users will have memory issues and might struggle with names that are long or complex. The brand Simple Music is very clear, easy to remember and uncomplicated. It describes exactly what it is and exactly what it does in two simple words. Older users might have anxiety before downloading an app that they will be overwhelmed/frustrated and not be able to successfully navigate or get bombarded with ads and accidentally buy something. Immediately this name puts the user at some ease that they might successfully navigate the app. This name has a domain available and no trademarks on file. I do know that Simply Music is an LLC, but have no trademarks and I am unsure of the effect this would have on my name. Catch phrase: Less buttons, more music. This catch phrase is again very simple. It quickly explains that the app is simple, different and how the user benefits from its differences. Older folks have decreased neuroplasticity. Decreasing the mental processing
